Bad product Drain sits proud of sink and leaks Faucet came with handles turning wrong way

They are beautiful and heavy!!! Very pleased.

I bought two sets. One set is good and the other one came out with drain leakage and handle turning around 360 degree. So they got me a replacement set after several week' s waiting, but the drain head came with different style on replacement one and the handle still in wrong position if I want to put base of handle in correct position. Awful experience. I was told by my installer that drain material better be metal, not plastic.

Packaged faucet received had incorrect hardware for connection to water supply. Product needs to be returned

looks sturdy and elegant but have not installed yet
