Easy assemble, very spacious, i trim the curtains for my cat , The insulation and heated floors are very impressive. Safe, sturdy, roof is awesome . very warm

Cheap lumber with lots of knotholes filled in. The roof pieces do not fit tightly nor have overlapping shingles to stop leaks. One of the roof pieces has laminate that wasn’t glued properly so will leak and rot in no time. The paint is definitely not for outdoor use! The pad that heat pad fits into does not have a dedicated hole for the cord so you just zip it up as far as you can. I contacted support and they sent the issue to manufacturer but it’s a third party with no brand name (I searched) so I am going to have to paint, patch, and glue myself. In short, DONT BUY!

I absolutely love this heated, insulated cat house for the feral cats that Ive been feeding. They love it also! They have slept in it pretty much every night since I put it together. I put it together in a few hours by myself. It was simple with the instructions. They still wont let me pet them but at least I know theyll be warm this winter.

Nice cat house, easy to assemble. Still trying to coax the cats out of the cold garage and into the heated cat house. So far they are not having any part of it.

We moved to wooded property that has quite a few feral cats (which have become friendly cats now). We do have a cat/chicken house/coup but some of the smaller cats don't like the environment so this was the perfect solution for them. It sits next to the outside of our house and looks just too darned cute so we have adorable protection for the kittens, plus a great place for recuperating after their "getting fixed" surgeries. Super easy to assemble and love being able to open the top to peek in or put little ones in, not to mention easy to clean. The heating pad is great because it gets more tepid than warm so the cat's own body heat isn't overwhelmed. Love this and would recommend it to any cat lover.
