Great for my tortoise! He loves the hide spot and easy access to clean as well. Assembly was easy and very sturdy well made product. I would buy this again if I get another tortoise! It’s definitely a great purchase!

Wasn’t impressed with the quality for the price, multiple boards split and splintered when putting together, not labeled and overall not what I expected but it will do for now unfortunately.

Pretty good fast shipping and easy to install

The product came on time. However, the item was damaged. The acrylic window had shattered on one panel. Upon reaching out to Wayfair, they explained that I needed to wait for the manufacturer to respond. Two days later, I got a response from the manufacturer asking me to glue it back together and they would give me a 10% partial refund. I was in shock that was even an option. I asked for a replacement or refund. They did not offer a replacement. Instead, they said to return it but first I needed to provide a picture of it boxed up before they would send me a shipping label. I sent the picture and am currently waiting on the shipping label. After reaching out to Wayfair again, they told me that once the item was received by the manufacturer, Wayfair will then provide me the refund. Needless to say, I won’t be using Wayfair anytime soon if ever after this experience. I’m not going to be paid 10% to hot glue a damaged product!!! Disgusting!!!!

Everything went good got order when yall said it would be here and the product was nice not hard to put together! Plus Everything was there !
