Arbre à chat multiniveaux de 63 pouces avec 3 niches et perchoir en couronne

I actually try like the is one it’s hard to keep clean if ur cat is messy but hair comes off it easily it’s vibrant and soft

The photos and description of the product itself are very misleading. It says solid wood but there is only one wood piece and that is the branch that leads to the other laying pad. The entire base piece where there are three holes, are literally three poles on a pressed wood circle, and the walls are entirely a very falling-apart fabric that has to be bewrly ripped to stretch over the base. I cannot imagine any cat scratching on that and having a pleasant experience. The instructions are the worst Ive ever seen, and I have put together at least 10-15 easy to assemble pieces of furniture in my time. If I hadnt spent so many hours trying to figure out how to put together, using the instructions, the bad video, and uploading photos and descriptions to an AI assistant, I would have re-packed it up and sent it back. I am extremely disappointed as I spent nearly 150 on a solid wood cat tree that is literally pressed wood posts and pedestals and shaggy rippy fabric. I have enclosed a picture of the quality of fabric.

love this, will buy again. cats loved it too!!

Directions could be more organized

First one I received had a broken support post and some flaws in the fabric circles that go inside the tree. Called in to customer support and sent a request to the company for a resolution. The company was quick to respond and sent out a new one within a few days. That came in great shape. The instructions are fairly clear, read through them first and definitely pay attention to the diagrams. They help walk you through the setup. When putting the fabric on it's a little tricky due to the fabric and wood catching while you try to line it up with the holes where the bolts go. It helps having someone hold a piece of the fabric where it goes than you can stretch and align the rest of the fabric. It seems very sturdy due to the weight and size of the base along with the weight of the tree. My cats started playing on it right away and it did not tip or move.
