Great little chicken pen For the most part easy to put together however when you do put in some of the ground poles they seem to bend like what is shown. Also the netting it comes with is chicken mesh- if you will use this daily I would advise adding more secure fencing to it as other animals can get into the fence it came with

Overall, this chicken coop is a bit of a mixed bag. Assembly wasn’t overly difficult, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. I ended up having to backtrack and redo a few steps because some of the diagrams were confusing. This is absolutely a two-person job, and it helps if at least one of you isn’t afraid of heights because there are several overhead pieces to install. One thing I do like is that the wire mesh has a plastic coating, which should help prevent rust and extend the life of the enclosure. Unfortunately, the wire itself is much thinner than I expected. I don’t feel confident that it would keep determined predators out, so I would recommend reinforcing it with heavier-gauge hardware cloth if you’re planning to house chickens or other vulnerable animals. Overall, the frame goes together fairly easily once you figure out the instructions, but the quality of the wire keeps this from being a great value in my opinion. It works as a basic run, but I wouldn’t rely on it as-is for predator protection.
