Just opened the box and found it did not come with all the parts that are needed to assemble. Missing one of the two round paper tubes.

Our cat Moussie is all set now that he has this lounge chair in his man cave!

Upon delivery, Timmy conducted a rigorous quality assurance inspection. The wooden base was sniffed, the sisal tested for structural integrity (with extreme prejudice), and the overall aesthetic approved for placement in the living room, where all must bow to its presence. It has been a week, and I have learned a few things: It is no longer a "scratcher": It is a spa day destination, a strategic high ground for ambushes, and a 24/7 existential thinking couch. This wooden, sisal-covered ramp is the only acceptable surface in the house. The "Lounge" feature is premium: He doesn't just sit; he reclines with a level of entitlement usually reserved for wealthy retirees on a cruise ship. The ergonomic curve is apparently perfect for judging me while I clean his litter box. If you'd like your cat to have a superior lounging experience while subtly reminding you of your place in the household hierarchy, this is the chair for you.
