I would not give this catio one star. It needs to be rated a negative 10. Extremely POOR quality. Top boards were warped and had come unglued. Did the boat sink on the way to the United States? There is no excuse for this poor quality when this catio cost $200. The door opening was only 34" tall. Who could fit through that to clean the catio? I had to redesign the door so that a normal person could clean the catio without crawling into it. Extra handle and hinges were needed to do this. I also added more wood to stabilize the catio. The worst thing is that you stated this was for use outside. There is no way that this would last outside for much longer than a week. It is constructed of very flimsy materials. Again, this was $200. First big gust of wind and it would have fallen down and injured my cats. I would return it to get a refund, but I am not sure that it would withstand the disassemby. Plus I have now added materials and my time invested in reinforcing it. I have learned that I will NEVER order anything from Wayfair again. POOR QUALITY FOR TOO MUCH MONEY. So stop your nagging emails. I have no use for a company such as yours. You did not include instructions on how to put this catio together. I am almost tempted to return it to you. Now I have to wait until Wednesday to get the instructions and that is if you do what you said you’re going to do. I need the instructions now not next Wednesday. This is very frustrating.
