Mediocre quality of wood. Several holes not pre-drilled. Incorrect/misleading building instructions. It’ll be fine for a year or so before likely needing to be replaced.

Missing pieces. Contacted about the missing pieces and didn’t offer to send the correct pieces, replace entire thing without charging me or refunding me. A random person from Wayfair called me back and said they no longer sell the item when clearly this item is still available for purchase. Horrible product. Not only did I lose out on the 189 catio, but I can’t even get it replaced

Over all it could be very cute but many pieces are scuffed up, there is someones boot print on one of the shelves with a very thin coat of paint. One of the doors are warped and very hard to slide up and down. All this was found right out of the box. Very DISAPPOINTED!!
