I order the gray and white version of this house. The color is different than pictured. Also, the wood is rough and very splintered. I will have to sand it down.

This is a mansion for the feral cats that I and my neighbor take care of. I live in southeast Texas where our winters are not like what we have gotten the last couple of years, so with frigid temperatures on the way I decided to go ahead and get something for them to stay out of the windy COLD tempts. Plus it’s expected to snow which very rarely ever happens here. I caulked it, and spray foamed a few areas to do it and added a very big pet heating pad in an attempt to give them a somewhat warm place to hang out, out of the freezing temperatures. Definitely recommend. One last thing. It doesn’t take long to put together. I think I spent more time caulking, foaming, and peeling the plastic film off the little windows.

One person can assemble (instructions say it takes two people). Added casters to the bottom so it can be easily moved. We’re screening in our covered deck as a giant catitat that’s where this will sit. Cats love it!
