It is as pictured, but I didn't realize how hard it would be to find a litter box that fits. I feel like they just took a side table and put a door on it with an entry point with no thought to the practicalities. You need an exceptionally shallow litter box if you want them to be able to get in, and that means the litter is not well contained. I wish the door had a different opening and the dimensions were tweaked just a bit, so I could have a better sized litter box with higher walls. That being said, it still looks better than my previous set up and I did find something that'd work on Chewy for pretty cheap. Meh.

Loved this for our cat! He enjoyed sleeping in it with a pillow and swatting us as we went by. The litter box enclosure ended up being a better "cat napping" area as we had a dome litter box for our big boy (16lbs.) Easy to assemble, easy to move, just as described.
