Aesthetically, it’s very nice. It’s a tad lighter and more wobbly than I would like. The cushions are fluffy, but not filled enough for a more rambunctious cat to have a stable landing. I added some non-slip furniture pads to the bottom and adhesive carpeting to the flat surfaces for more traction. Overall, nice enough for the price, if you’re willing to make a few mods.

This is a very good looking cat tree, but my cats really don't like the texture of the cushions. Also, the fact that the various other surfaces are so sleek (it's a wood-like hard and smooth surface) is not their favorite. A tree with more grip all around and fuzzier texture would have been better. But it is sophisticated looking.
