I like that it comes vacuum sealed in a bag within the shipping box because UPS destroyed the box and taped it together to ship. The bed, with a lot of primping, lies flat on the sides more than the picture shows. I will see if the cat begins to appreciate it more than I am at this point.

My cat enjoy their beds, however the sides of the beds don't stay up very well. I had to sew them shut to get more sturdy sides.
