We were very excited for this dog bath. It had all of the features we were looking for. The first unit arrived damaged. It was in a wood crate built around the unit. The wood crate was significantly damaged and the tub was dented. Through an exchange process, a second unit was sent. It was also damaged. The same packaging situation. My husband is literally taking a rubber mallet to pound the dents out of the unit. This looks fantastic on the web site. Wayfair has been wonderful to try to support our situation. The manufacturer is not good. This type of product should have packaging around it in order to ship without damage. It is sent in a wood box without any cardboard, styrofoam, bubble wrap etc. I do not recommend this unit. Wayfair will do better to find a different supplier.
