Stay clear from this one! I was missing so many parts that this picture shows what I am stuck with. Texting with customer service was good. They were very helpful in trying to get the parts that I was missing. However, the manufacturer emailed that night to say the parts shipment has been delayed. I do understand that this is not the fault of Wayfair, and I have never had any issues with previous orders. Now, I have a new dog, but no kennel. The box was not damaged at all during shipment. The parts were just never put in the box. Steer clear of this one for sure!

I like it but the wire is not strong enough, he just pushes it to the side and get out. I put some more wire around it now he goes in there and can’t get out so easy
