Stroller is cat bugler proof. When too is zipped cat can not get in as seen in picture two. Picture three shows rear facing dog and the first picture shows front facing. I do like that you can do the one button collapse with dog in the basket which in turn lowers the basket for dog to get out rather then being lifted out. My only recommendation would be don’t go face first down steps. As the back of the carrier only secures through Velcro, the incline with a dog on the larger size of the appropriate weight capacity, can cause carrier to detach and slide off and tumble carrier and dog down the stairs, no worries dog was not harmed.

My dog loved this stroller. He had mobility problems but we loved taking him with us everywhere. Perfect size and ease of use.

Perfect for my senior doxie Max. It's easy to put together, compact, and rides smoothly. My dog has plenty of room in this stroller and we've even put both our dogs in it when the other was to tired to walk. My mini dashound & my lab mix who's around 25lbs. They both fit fine. I highly recommend!
