Ben the cat loves his new bed! I covered the cushion with one of the easy-wash covers I use for his other baskets and beds. The whole thing weighs a ton so it is very sturdy. If the pet fits comfortably in the length/width they will be comfortable on the thick cushion. Ben only weighs 12 pounds and 2 cats would probably be comfortable together. It is gray-ish but the photo looks brown to me.

Nicer than I even imagined , sturdy and feels comfortable inside. My 16 year old Shi tzu went right inside, dug a few times and went right to sleep. She loves it and that makes me happy ! Get it your dog will love you.
