This bed was delivered in two parts: the insert and the cover, which was in a heap at the bottom of the box. When I tried to put the insert into its cover, the thin fabric of the cover ripped. By the time the confirmation of its delivery came through my email, I was on a chat with a customer service rep at Wayfair...who offered me a 15% refund. What?!! I wouldn't be able to use this bed without having to sew it up myself and the rip was not on a seam. The material reminds me of a cheap Halloween costume—that's how thin it is. And I paid $50 for it. Given how easily it rips, it is not a good bed for a pet with claws. I objected to receiving a refund of only $7.50 (?!), was put on "hold" for a while, and then was informed that Wayfair would issue a full refund because I have a history as a loyal customer. ANYONE who bought this bed for $50 and ended up with a ripped cover deserves a refund. It's a poor-quality product and Wayfair shouldn't even be carrying it. I'm now waiting for my confirmation and shipping label to arrive....and waiting....and waiting. Save yourself the hassle and find a bed for your pet elsewhere.

This is the best dog bed we’ve ever owned. Comfy, washable, and dog immediately knew this was her bed was excited about it. It’s worth the price in my opinion. Our beagle even abandoned a snuggly blanket on the couch for this bed.. and for a beagle that’s no small thing!
