Changing the filters in the Catit fountain is simple. Rinse the filter to get the dust out, remove the old one, drop in the new one. Our two cats seem to prefer the Catit fountain over the stainless steel one we have.

IT took a little bit before my cat started to use the fountain over the regular water dish but now she only drinks from the fountain. The dog will even use the fountain more than her water dish
