Stella loves it! Was packed perfectly as always for zero damage All parts marked and the directionsinstructions were written perfectly as usual!! I have recently ordered a few items from Wayfair and will continue to buy from them!!

Well . I do think that it’s reasonable to expect some work when mounting a product but not to come in 100 little pieces and have to be an architect to put it together . Difficult and time consuming , not worth it so I did not do it . If you like construction projects and you have the time , it may be good , but if you don’t (like in my case) then it’s not for you ..

The instructions were a little difficult to follow, so take a look and try to figure it out before you start screwing anything in. Once we did get it together, it does work. It’s leaning up against the wall, but the ramp is a lot steeper than it looks in the pictures. So far one of my cats has used it to claw on, and the other cat uses a chair to jump into the little front door opening. He hasn’t climbed up it at all yet. But I know it takes time and I just got it up yesterday.l

The design is cool, but the measurements on the photos of this listing are misleading. It was significantly taller than it says and for that reason, I had to return it. The wood is also quite cheap and I was worried that I was going to split the wood while assembling. I still would have kept it though, if the measurements were what I expected. Thought it would be a nice addition to the catio

Don't care for the screw heads that show up on the sides
