This waterer was wonderful but did not last . After 6 months the pump went out, bought a new one. Filled container with new pump and container split and water went everywhere. Great when it worked. Only had to be filled twice a week for 4 large dogs. Pros: Dispensed perfect amount of water for messy dogs. Great style. Cons: Did not hold up for more than 6 months. Pump broke, replaced it, then container split . Too expensive for this to happen.

I bought a large (5 gallon) pet waterer expecting to receive what's advertised in the website but the product that I received is missing a part (handle on the top for easy carrying). I called customer service who stated that they will send me the replacement right away. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the manufacturer doesn't make the top part anymore. I was extremely disappointed as it was totally stated on the packaging that there were two handles and since I am not a huge person nor has the strength to lift a 5 gallon filled waterer, it is extremely dangerous for me to maneuver the thing. Unfortunately, my mom threw the packaging or I would have returned this product in a heart beat as this is clearly a false ad. I'm not sure if wayfair or their manufacturer should take the blame for it but if you're planning to buy this product, be warned that you are receiving a different product than what is in this picture.
