This cat house did not come with the most clear of instructions and some holes are not pre drilled. You will need a Phillips head on your drill otherwise it’ll be a headache! It seems small than I expected and id give it a 7/10 for quality. The inside safety closing hinge was pretty tricky to install. I hope it does the job for the outside cats we get!

There is a feral cat thats been coming around our home for many years. I worry about him during the winter. This is perfect to keep him warm and safe this winter. It wasn’t too hard to put together. The hardest part was putting on the hardware. The house is sturdy. I highly recommend this house.

I've put together quite a few furniture pieces over the years, and this one has the best setup yet. First, the construction is solid, and all the pieces were labeled in a way that made it easy to keep track of which was which. Then, all of the different sized screws were in separate bags that were clearly labeled. Instructions were good and really clear as to what goes where. I recommend an electric screwdriver to help speed things along. I also used some wood glue in the holes where the dowels go in, just for some added secureness. I hope that helps with keeping it weatherproof. Very sturdy, well made and insulated very well!!

Im totally love this cat house. Im definitely going to purchase more. I feed feral cats and after they watched me put it together they decided to check it out. I can say they definitely approve. Winters in Maine can be brutal and this will be wonderful for them.
