Different in trying to figure out how to make sure that the stroller locks and doesn’t collapses.

The stroller keeps collapsing on me. It also doesn’t zip all the way around. There’s an open flap on the top side so the cats can easily escape..

came in dusty , was broken, and a security hazard as the plastic zippers broke easily and there was a gap wide enough for the cats to escape. This product was a HUGE disappointment to me and I am in the process of trying to return.
