love this

This pet door is very good quality and had all the elements we needed. I highly recommend it.

Made very well directions terrible

Everything about this is nice especially in an apartment! We didn’t even secure it using the screws or foam padding as it sits well in the sliding door track itself.

The product is a quality Pet door. Installation was straightforward. For my situation the point at which the sliding door and the pet door meets, is not a tight connection. Partly the problem seems to be that the wall against which the pet door sits may not be perfectly straight especially at the bottom. The insulation provided is not thick enough to close that gap. I will need to add a thicker type of insulation and a safety bar in the space between the sliding door and the frame will help push the sliding door closer minimizing the gap. Now the trick to get the cats to learn how to use it. Overall, a nice product. It will be great for the cats and me especially during the winter.
