Perfect for our dachshunds. Cool enough in the summer. Warm enough with a heating pad in the winter. Difficult to assemble.

It’s so cute and roomy. Be careful assembling as the roof isn’t as sturdy as it appears. I almost cracked it snapping it together.

While the dog house is cute looking, it is not an insulated dog house. It is a raised dog house off the floor with plastic-like material feet and completely plastic type material for the entire dog house. It was truly disappointing since I purchased them for the "insulated" part. Also, I think the price is double what it should be for the cheap materials. If I had time, I would have returned them but I'm stuck with them. I usually love the things from Wayfair.
