For the price it should come with two heating pads for top and bottom comfort to discourage arguments about who gets the heating pad. Sorta unfair and defeats the multi kitty purpose. I put a separately purchased heating pad up top but theres no hole for the cord, so it hangs out the back door. I have 3 Sphynx cats so there’s always a debate followed by some slap boxing about who gets it.
