I waited and waited and it came damaged. Both front doors have issues. Shelves came dented and scratched. The bowl holder is in 2 pieces - snapped in transit. Ill be asking for a refund as I cant put this up anywhere itll be displayed.

The Cat Tower with Litter Box Enclosure is a great looking piece of furniture for what it is. The walnut color goes well with similarly colored decor. It is of-course like most pet furniture, compressed“cheap” wood, but the finish looks great. My personal experience required a lot of patience to finally get the item in one piece, as I had problems with several damaged pieces and missing pieces. However the manufacturer exercised exemplary business ethic, in the form of determination to get my order right and sent me full replacements even though I was fine with getting the replacement parts only. I finally received the missing frame pieces I needed to complete the setup and appreciate their commitment to the sale. Thankful to Wayfair and the manufacturer for their commitment to making customers happy and getting value for their money. (Will update review with pictures once it’s been set up, if it is possible to do so.)

The door broke immediately after putting it together and I had to be a little creative in fixing it. Not the best quality of material

The doors are very frustrating and it arrive with the box damaged and the pieces dirty. But once I got it built — and sanded the open wood edges — it’s functional enough. I just have to remove the doors when I want to open them.

Much bigger than I was expecting, so be sure to measure it before you buy it! I was able to easily return it. Otherwise it was as expected. Fiberboard material, etc. I didn’t find the instructions confusing.
