The overall structure is sound and looks exactly like it's represented in the picture. The measurements were correct and very helpful before purchase. Our issue is that the hinges for the doors that hide the litter box are so incredibly weak. The nature of this piece of furniture is that you will have to continuously open and close the doors in order to access the litter box to clean it, but the hinges are so weak and unreliable, that we have had this piece of furniture for less than 6 weeks and have already had 2 out of four hinges break — and one of them broke in two separate places. I'm not sure if the issue is that the screws are too short and weak, or if the wood is just plywood, so it doesn't offer any stability for the screw to get purchase from, but either way we had to replace it with long screws that just stick out of the doors.

Super easy to put together! Feels pretty sturdy and fits our space great! The litter box enclosure part is a little bit smaller so you might need to find a different one

Construction was super easy. Great quality pre-drilled holes. Looks nice in our office. Great storage space. Litter box needs to be 17x12
