We are extremely pleased with the cat villa. It was not difficult to assemble; pre-drilled holes were accurately placed, all parts were present and the instructions were clear and thorough. The villa is made out of solid wood and the glass doors hang perfectly. There are multiple levels which are easy for the cats to navigate. I have two cats that use it. One cat is 17 lbs and the other is 10 lbs. They each have a fluffy pad on two of the levels to sleep on. I have placed a full size litter box with high sides on the lowest level. A bowl each of water and dry food are on the platforms. My cats are still getting used to the new routine of spending time in the villa but neither are stressed by being in it and usually are asleep in a short time. We are very played with our purchase and highly recommend it.

This is hands down the best purchase I’ve made for my cat. He absolutely loves it and spends most of his day inside. Before, he would constantly wander around looking for places to claim as his territory, which often led to random peeing around the house. Since moving into this cat villa, that behavior has completely stopped. It gives him a space that truly feels like his own. There are multiple levels to explore, a cozy sleeping area, scratching post, food shelf, and enough room to move around without feeling confined. He seems much more relaxed and secure, and honestly doesn’t even want to come out most of the time. The build quality is excellent, and everything feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed. If you have a cat that enjoys having its own territory or struggles with stress-related behaviors, I highly recommend giving this a try. It has made a huge difference for both my cat and me.

I had to order a replacement due to the first one being defective and damaged. The second arrived the same way. We really needed this but ended up waiting weeks due to the damaged items. The box was destroyed when it was delivered. It had holes all over it and was ripped as well. The packaging was not effective and the pieces were not well made. They were uneven and had blemishes all over them. They were also damaged and broken. So the experience was not good at all. However Wayfair did process a refund to make it right thus t he e 3 stars instead of 1.

Great accommodations for most cats. This is about 15 feet of floorspace on five levels. Shy cats will hide behind the litter box on the bottom level. Most cats like to hang out in the box at the top. Long cats can stretch out on the second or third level. Easy to assemble. Good quality.
