I was so disappointed in this product. I ordereded thinking it was of medium size, it was on sale so the price seemed fine. Well, I ordered the xlarge one, but the price was the same and I said whatever. Opened it and waited for it to expand. Terriable, piece of junk, tryed to return it and they told me to pack it up? I was like how? It's hugh and it came in a clear plastic bag with the air sucked out and how was I suppose to send it back without them sending me something to send it back in? After trying to explain the situation to the Wayfair person and explaining to her how am I suppose to find something big enough to return it in! After several attempts of her telling me send it back but she couldn't give me anything to send it back in i just kept it and threw it out. Very dissappointed, made like garbage and I couldn't even let my dogs play in it cause the stiching and the shape were such bad quality I was afraid they would swallow something if they chewed on it. So not a happy camper at all.

My dogs love this bed! I’m fixing to order another one. I knew when I ordered this one, that I should have ordered two.

Could have been nice but arrived with a hole. Hoping to return because the first washing will the stuffing will come out. I’ll update when I get another hopefully. * Wayfair sent me another. So I changed to 4 stars.

Very soft and cozy for my old lady. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it didn’t get as fluffed out as it should have.

This is the cutest little bed. We are all ready for our new puppy. It seems to have good structure. The bed feels soft and cozy. The only thing I would change is the cover would come completely off to wash. Hoping the new puppy loves it.
