Very Cheap Material, love the concept but very easy to break. Also wished the cat door could stay open, it stays closed.

This was the ultimate in failure. After reading the other reviews about the difficulty in assembling, we ordered the cat condo and paid extra through Wayfair to arrange for a pro to build it at our house. 3 hours later, the job couldn't be completed. Our pro, who averaged over 400 Wayfair builds, said it was the worst manufactured item he'd ever come across, plus the directions were awful. He showed us how the diagram required certain labeled parts to go in certain places, but there were so many pilot holes drilled and none of them lined up with the doors, ledges, etc. He felt awful about not being able to finish the job, but it was quite clear the fault lay with Wayfair for continuing to produce and sell this poorly made item. We only bought this because Wayfair boasted it had redone the instructions to improve the building process. This was a lie - do not waste your money. They wouldn't even accept the package back for a refund, so we are out $400+ dollars for nothing. Do not allow yourself to be convinced that this is a good purchase - just imagine how you'd feel about setting $400 on fire and watching it smolder into ashes, and that's the same feeling you'll have if you buy this cat condo. Save your money and your sanity.

Took about 3 hours to build but it was worth it. It’s beautiful and exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Our cat loves her condo. She doesn’t always get along with the other cat, this condo gives quiet time and her own space. It was a little difficult to put together. The instructions were not good.

Came in broken and did not include instructions, what a joke considering the price. i should have returned it.
