Every single piece in the box was broken. But Wayfair is the best I give them 5 stars. They handled it immediately and issued me a full refund. Wayfair is the best but this product is a zero. Thank you Wayfair

I ordered June 28 got it July 7th not even a month later and stairs broke all my dogs are under 50lb and I don’t understand how this happens I saw it this tonight. When my husband and I put it together it was not normal way to put furniture together it came with plastic screws it was on sale for 395.65 I been waiting for it to go on sale was so happy it was I was going to buy to but wanted to give the dogs a chance with it. My labs love it then now they can’t get to the top let’s hope the warranty it has for 10 years must register with the bed company for it. If they can do something about it. The stairs too are a little slippery too. It’s now Jan 10 2026 I had to replace the stairs 4 times they keep breaking I am done this bed is going in the trash! You better off building your own

Easy to assemble, seems sturdy, it holds both our 35lb staffies on top with no worries. We added carpet to the steps because they are slick, other than slick steps it is a keeper

Great bed and comes with very nice cushions and even bumpers pads around the rails lol…too small for my labs though, they fit as long as they are curled up but not enough room to comfortably stretch out to sleep (
