Absolutely as described! Delivered on time! Millie claimed the top 2 levels even before her sister saw it. Easy to put together too!.

So cheaply made and the middle bed doesn’t screw in straight. I have bought my mom a couple during the years and they just get cheaper and smaller, the price stays though. So disappointed in this cat tree. My poor kitty hardly fits in it! And it’s not stable either.

I Love it, a good choice and my cats love it too, easy assemble, the top part only (above the flat platform). My two Persians took to it immediately and the perches fit my big boy Wally, he is a little over 13 lbs. The only thing that I would change is to have the rope on the other two bottom legs too.

Nice size for the price. Sturdy enough, but I could see my big 16 pounds cats knocking it over in the future
