New Cat Condos - Grand chalet pour chat avec maison fermée

Terrible Color Representation!!! The picture is NOT representative of what you get. You actually get a dark brown. The most they offered was to return it at my cost of $35 to be picked up ($31 to carry a 30+# box to a Fed Ex) or a 20% discount off something that didn't match. Gee, how generous of them. It is getting returned and am not purchasing another item from Wayfair. We've been excellent customers and its a shame that I will have to close out that credit card. You made a mistake Wayfair - you should fix it properly.

Not worth the money. Not even 6 months old it is falling apart. Does not hold up with active cats

The product I received was the wrong color. The picture showed a lighter brown I got a chocolate. The tower I received does not reflect the picture. I'm extremely disappointed!

This cat tree definitely is not of quality. It's very flimsy. The picture is a bit misleading. One of the beds is not actually a bed. It's a hammock style. My small cat doesn't even fit in it well. It's made of cheap plywood that it falls apart and splinters away. The carpeting is not very soft either and also was falling apart when I was trying to put it together.

My cat absolutely loves it and sleeps in the top basket
