I ordered 2 cityline elevated feeders. One came with the bowls, the other was missing the bowls. Both the manufacturer and wayfair refused to send me the bowls that were missing for the feeder. Insisted they were included in the box, but they were not. I was a very loyal customer, but will be sure to share my very disappointing experience. Would've been an easy fix, but for some reason decided to not believe the customer and refused to remedy the situation. Shame on you!
