Not really an elevated bowl. If you are looking for just a food and water bowl for your four legged pet sure these will do the trick. I was hoping for an elevated bowl but these are not… if you see the picture of the bowl you will notice that is a very deep bowl, once you out it down you basically end up at the same level of any other dog/cat bowl. For reference see my 17lb Boston terrier and how he still has to reach down for his food. Also, the locking mechanism doesn’t really work, they don’t lock in place at all. Oh and last but not least, the bowls are some shiny that it will Make you dizzy if you look down, my dog has to sniff the water bowl and sometimes boop the water to see if there really is water because he sometimes can’t tell (due to reflection).

This is really just an alright bowl. It has the look and feel of something you might find at a dollar store. I’m pretty sure the bowl itself is plastic, not stainless steel as advertised. Nothing that came with it indicated if it is dishwasher safe. I have run it through the dishwasher once and it came out looking fine, so that’s good!

Thin metal drink containers. The outside is supported by thin plastic. It doesn’t look like it will hold up well to the elements of outdoor use. May work for indoor small animal use only. They will for together securely but not very easily. Arrived packaged well

This came as a set of 2- two bases with two bowls that suction cup attach inside at any angle you prefer. I was a little weary about how they would look but these bowls are actually fantastic! Solid plastic bases that hold the metal bowls very well. And at a perfect angle for my cat! My cat actually seems much happier eating from these bowls that his previous ones. They are wide at the bottom so they dont move around when kitty eats. The bowls are wide so they dont touch his wiskers. Overall, very pleased with these bowls! So glad I chose to go with these! Easy to clean also!!
