Beautiful house but poorly put together. The house is supposed to be weatherproof, but it definitely is not.It rained a day or so after the house was constructed. The tongue and groove slats comprising the porch floor buckled at each end.  That wa no surprise when I saw the slppy workmanship in putting the porch together: There were pins about the diameter of a skinny straight pin about 1/4" from the lengthwise supports beneath the slats into the slats.  The pins next to where the slats buckled had been smashed down and weren't even into the wood. Even though the porch was tight against the house, there was a significant amount of water on the floor of the house--too much to consider putting a self-warming pad on the floor for warmth that cool night. I'll make the house usable, but it'll require effort and money: My handyman will repair the porch. I've ordered flaps for both doors to keep out the rain. And I'll stretch a clear plastic tarp over the entire house and porch, with 10" extra on each side.
