Easy to assemble and the cats like it!

Product was not as advertised on website. Was wrong material and is not a heavy-duty carpeted cat tree. It had some kind of fuzzy paper-thin material. In addition, to return it, I am having to pay the shipping fee/restocking fee. Because of the false advertising, I feel that I should not have to pay a return fee. It should be credited fully back go my card.

Very big and sturdy cats used it right away

Went together pretty easily. The cats love it!
