I think it’s beautiful and my sweet boy loves it , the stairs are soft on his feet and he likes hiding at the top ! Definitely would recommend

We were so excited for it and thought it was adorable. After having it for about a month, it’s completely inefficient. We couldn’t use his water dispenser because the grates are too small. I had to buy a new one that fits in the grate holes. I changed his litter box up top and the grate fell along with all his bowls and HIM. I tried putting it back together and does not fit correctly. Had issues with that when we first built it. Also, this doesn’t come with a bottom. I’m extremely disappointed I spent over 100 on this item and it’s this dysfunctional

The factory sent it with broken parts now have to wait ten days to get new parts. After waiting five days for initial delivery. Asked for it to sent out right away and was said they don’t do that . With item that cost over 100 I was very disappointed
