It's easy to set up. It's very movable. Not sure if there is a way to lock the shape in place. I have it on the floor against some walls. Time will tell if it's a good thing or a bad thing. So far it's keeping Beagle puppy contained and happier than in a cramped up crate and he can stretch out! And it looks like it will contain him whenever I need to even as an adult. As for the puppy I think he's on the fence about being in a pen.
