It was was easy to build. All the parts fit fairly well. A couple of joints were off by 1/8 of an inch or so. We added two pieces of 6 X 6 pressure treated wood under to prevent the bottom from rotting. It appeared a little flimsy as we were setting it up. But once it was all put together the flimsiness disappeared. For future, you may want to offer a pressure treated wood base as an option. Other than that,I am a satisfied camper. Plus my wife has another option to the garage when she is annoyed by all my puns.

We were quite disappointed with the quality of the wood. It is very dry and split when we tried to screw some of the pieces together. Also, in the first wind (not that strong) one of the ties on the canopy came off. I ended up sewing that back on. Do the cats love it? Yes, they do. I hope it lasts a few years though. We also put a layer of pressure treated wood at the bottom for our Canadian winters. Don’t want the bottom to rot out. If it wasn’t on sale I would have been much more disappointed with it. We’ll see how things go. I’m giving 3 stars because the wood wasn’t the best quality and the durability is questionable. I don’t know that I will purchase from Wayfair again. I was hoping this was made in USA, but it’s from China. I want to support North American, USA and Canada.

This house is for my clients cats that like do go outside but they want safety for their cats! It also matched the esthetic of the home. Great value!
