I like that it has a locking system when building different to the other cat trees I have purchased in the past. It came with a hearing and cooling pack to either heat up for cats to lay on which I was not aware of when we purchased it. I was upset that part of the carpet was ripped off when I unpacked it but other than that it was good quality for the price. Perfect height my cats love it!

Quite small spots for a larger cat. The scratch pad doesn’t stay in place. Otherwise a good product.
