This is a well used kitty house. My cat loves to circle this area as a sort of home base. It’s one of her little stops as she roams. She clearly uses the scratching posts. She is often inside the house or on top of the house. The only part she doesn’t use is the ladder, but even then she likes hiding behind it or rubbing up against it. It’s always a hit or miss with cats and big purchases for cats, but thankfully this was a hit for mine.

First of all, my cat loves it and uses every part of the cat tree, including the top of the condo. Secondly, I can use the condo as a separated unit from the platform. Finally, the build qualities are outstanding, strudy and very comfortable. Cat approved.
