The dog bed appeared to be good quality. However, the material was VERY stiff and not as comfortable as other dog beds made by the PLAY company. The inner cushion was too stiff and was as tall as the sides of the bed. My dog refused to get in it even when I moved the bed next to the heater. I returned it and bought them a different bed at a local pet store.
