Excellent quality! The sides of the bed are very firm, heavily padded. The removeable pillow is also thick and provides lots of comfort. Our shih-tzu is normally timid, and cautious about everything new - he jumped right into this bed and loved it immediately. Great purchase! (Note: we did have some disappointing issues with Wayfair....the delivery date for the item was wrong and the customer rep was not at all helpful. Very poor customer service.)

Beautiful bed, looks comfortable.

Size is misleading. The bed is very padded, so the actual space for your dog is much smaller. I would size up 2 sizes.
