A very stable cat tree. The cats love it. But the carpet has a bad odor so that I need to keep it outside to gas off before the cats can use it.

It took me a long time to find one that is this type of quality and the perfect size for my 2 very large boys to sit on. They fit with zero issues and one is 23 pounds and the other is 21. It you are, hesitant don't be, it is perfect. Very grateful to Wayfair for their patience with me during my journey to find the right one. Always top notch customer service and very easy to reach. I would post pics but my phone app doesn't match the laptop app. So this will do.
