Bought water filter 2 pack and arrived nicely packaged. I installed it into the gravity water dispenser and seems to be working fine. My cat is drinking the water so that's good. Whether it really is filtering the water I can't tell just hoping for the best. I'm on week 3 of the first filter and they recommend changing them every 6-8 weeks.

when i installed this product i stops the water bottle from working automaticly. I had to do it manually. I have no idea why
