I live in Toronto...this was shipped from Nevada Vegas and I was so excited about receiving it for my fury friend...I received 3 weeks later it's what it said it would take..however it's 62 inch not 54inch...my cat was okay with it..also the second level was suppose to be 2 openings as so the picture website showed..it came with one opening....its not as plush as I hope....so all in all my cat seens to love the height...so I'm keeping it...price is not worth it however my cat loves it so thats all that matters
