Wishing this tub was “ALL” S.Steel ! As stated! 2 wks old and black frame is rusting as well as the grate which the dog stands on and holes in grate too big as dog nails are caught in holes! Not happy!

For the price of this tub I had really high hopes. Unfortunately, the frame is rustinging along with the grate the dogs stand on. The holes in the grate are really big so the dogs toes get stuck. The water doesn't completely drain from the bottom as the slant is to small. There are also no draining holes where the door slides so the water pools in the ledge. The foot pedal that attaches to the tub has a sign on it saying avoid water (which is pretty hard to do when a dog has its wet head hanging out the side of the tub). Before the above problems even started I had to reach out to the manufacturing company to get replacement parts as all of the rubber washers that came with the tub where rock hard and the pipe that drains the water had holes in it. I will say, that not having lift dogs completely into the tub definitely helps both my back and dogs that don't like to be picked up.
