This was incredibly difficult to assemble as you had to drill the holes into the metal pipes to put it all together. The gate and latch are a joke. We had to zip tie it shut every time we put our dog outside, and the zip ties to hold the chicken wire onto the frame. We’re so fragile that she managed to tear through them in about 90 seconds. Our dog is an escape artist, and while she could not climb or jump over this, the wire quality was poor enough that she was able to consistently stretch and bend her way through regardless of how well we secured the wires to the base. We paid almost 300 for about 15 minutes of use after four hours of assembly. This may work better for your dog, but if you have an intelligent breed like a border collie, which we do, this is not high-quality enough to keep your animal secure. Our dog got out, got out to the street, and almost got hit by a car, which is what we were hoping to avoid when we purchased this.

This kennel was a total waste of my money. The wire is so thin that my 60lb Labradoodle walks right through it. I have never been able to keep her in it for more than an hour. I watched her out the window, push out with just her nose. She didn’t even use her teeth. The wire ties and zip ties just snapped into.

I asked to cancel this order within 7 hours of order. You refused to cancel the order and shipped it anyway. Return would have cost Me nearly the price of kennel. I am disappointed at that transaction and believe it COULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. I wasted my time with Wayfair. Your policy was extremely unfair. I have a right to cancel an order before it leaves your warehouse. Not sure I will ever do business again with Wayfair.
