Very disappointing. Not full and fluffy like the picture. The fill in this bed is minimal to none. No fluffiness. My little Shih Tzu was equally unimpressed. wouldn't even sit in it. I would not say that it is cozy and comfy. The bed arrives shrink wrapped otherwise I would return it.
